Problem Registration after re-install

I just had to do a re-install of VAC 2.1.4, and for one reason or another it's not accepting the activation information.

I have it all in a text file that I keep on a seperate HDD for just this occasion, but this time it's a no go.

I started with 1.7.0, and had to use a new code for 2.1.4, and I know I'm not using the old code.

It was originally purchased with ssouth1248(at)hotmail.com as the email addy.

Any help you could give would be welcome.

Hate to bother you agiain, but I'm still not registered.

I haven't seen any other info, and the only thing that I get is the standard popup that says the code isn't right.

If you are/were emailing me, it's possible that my wife deleted it as spam, since that's her account.

I still need to get it reged, since it's about to expire
