I realized, using VAC in different PCs with different peripherals, that its efficiency depends by the quality of the SOUND CARD.
With a cheap sound card, VAC will have problems to recognize commands, u'll have to repeat commands many times in order to recognize them, errors will be more frequent , and if the simulation is speacking (f.i in F4:AF the guard or tower communications) VAC will be inactive until the F4:AF speacking is ended.
With a good Sound Card all these problems will be gratly reduced.
A strong impact on the VAC's efficiency depends also by the setting of "PROFILE PROPERTIES" under "CONFIGURATION" that u find on the drop menu, right clicking on the VAC icon on the taskbar.
In general, my suggestion is to move sliders to the right (HIGH) if the sound card is of good quality, and to the left (LOW) if it's cheap.
