Anti Air

Ive been doing some MP missions and i want airport to be nearly impossible to attack (so aircraft near airport are safe) but all these AA units seem to have so low skill that i need atleast 50 of them to take down anything before it gets to the airport.

I could put 3 static fleets around the airport but...

any ideas?
