Bombing Missions

Can someone tell me what the right way to bomb using the B-25 in the off line campain. I have been taking off on missions and letting the autopilot fly me to the target and it stays in formation just fine with my leader. The prob is when I get close to the target I go into the bombsight and disengage the autopliot and engage the "level Stabilizer" so that I can make adjustments with the rudder. Then I get get yelled at for breaking formation. So do I just leave it on A/P, stay in formation and wait for my leader to drop and will my bombs drop with his or do I have to take it off a/p and drop mine manually. Also during the briefing before the mission they really dont give you very much info on the target. Like it says to bomb an airfield but when I get to the area theres like 3 of them so which one is it ?
