IL2-MAT Manager v2.10 to v2.11 mini-patch

Hi all,

I found a bug in v2.10 which effected the JABO and Esquadrilya Azul options. It was causing a "53" error. It was a real swine to find but I've fixed it and produced a small mini-patch to update your IL2-MAT Manager program version to 2.11.

The download only contains the v2.11 program executable. Please install to your IL2-MAT Manager folder.
