new FB&PF utilities

Hi guys ,

News IL2_Properties_Editor release V2
(include with IL2_Difficulty_Editor V1 Standalone)
it allow to take place IL2FB briefing Mission Editor
Screen resolution must have at least 1024x768

Compatibility with FBDaemon V2 and V2.4 for dedicated server.
Including FBDaemon Tab for editing <ARMY FBD> parameters
(FBDaemon detail could be found in http://www.greatergreen.com)

IL2_Virtual_Cockpit release V4.01
it allow to take place keyboard in another PC
and more command in a single screen !
