RAAF No. 75 Sqn. KIttyhawk 1A Port Moresby Mar. '42

These Kittyhawk 1A of No. 75 Squadron while at Port Moresby and initially at Milne Bay had type B RAF roundels on the wing tops and type A roundels on the underwings and fuselage sides. In August 1942 RAAF aircraft changed to the blue and white roundels.

The only way I can represent this is to select type B RAF (or faded type B) in IL2 Mat Manager, but I have to select RAF for country in IL-2 Sturmovik 1946, but this prevents me from being able to select No. 75 Squadron, RAAF.

Is there a way to make a user defined selection that will reflect this combination of Type B & Type A in the RN and RAAF shared section of IL-2 Mat Manager?
