Escuadrillas Azules Checkbox Question

Why can I only get the "Bouquet of Arrows" of the Escuadrillas on Aircraft 1 of Squadron 1? I've tried everything I could think of and I still get tildes on every A/C except 1/1. Is it that historically only one A/C had the arrows? Or is it an issue with the software? Anyway the software is great, but I wish I could get a whole flight with the Spanish squad symbol and the arrows instead of the tilde.
