Cannot install upgrade

I get this error when trying to install upgrade.
How do I fix it?

Sounds like a problem I have seen before.

I am assuming that it works in the original installation or the last upgrade you installed. Did you copy the file to the directory UQMG is installed? Because from the message it does not look like it.

Also, if you are having problems with the installation or the upgrade, sometimes Windows has problems with very long path names. Install from a short path, like a temporary directory/folder in the root... like "c:\temp". UQMG works fine from a default windows program folder like "c:\program files\uberquickpf" or "c:\progra~1\uberqu~1"or a similar folder in another drive.
