Success Phrases not working, success sounds work

I set success phrases for some commands in Falcon4:AF
In the builder, when I test vocal commands they work and the success phrase is spoken.
But when using VAC in the sim, the commands are vocally executed but the success phrases are not spoken.
Same happens ( vocal commands recognized but succes phrases not spoken) testing in Notepad.
Looks like outside the Builder succes phrases do'nt work.

I then tried to set success sounds, and they DO work.

Vac version is the last 2.1.4
Can be an issue of this newest version?

My MS English recognizer is vers 5.1, voice is MS Sam.
Soundcard is C-MEDIA WAVE Device vers. 5.1 16 bit 96 Khz
OS is win XP Sp2
Any hint much appreciated

same problem for me, using windos xp sp 2.
also 2.1.4

Succes sounds work but the succes phrase not, or else i don't hear it! it works under test phrase in the builder but not when using it.

It seems to be a known issue.
Shift_E is working to solve it.
