Non-US character support ?

first of all thanks for this extremely fine tool, it hugely improved the immersion experience during my flight-sim sessions (LOMAC and IL2) !
While it is working prefectly well right now, I have a suggestion for a small (hopefully
) enhancement: please include the option to use non-US keys/characters for the PTA/PTD keys. Currently something like the "รค" (a Umlaut) etc. is not possible.
The background to my request is that flightsims are notoriously rare with free keys to assign some external functions to, and it would be great to have access to all keys physically available on the keyboard.
