A specific registry in incorrect/corrupt. You need to re-register MSScript.ocx. In Windows, click Start, Run and enter: regsvr32 msscript.ocx. Click OK. It should come back with message: DllRegisterServer in msscript.ocx succeeded. Reboot you machine. Restart VAC.

Let me know if this works.

Got it to recognize commands but it appears keyboard keys are not the same as mine for Falcon4af. I downloaded the file from the profile list so I guess I will have to check the keyboard keys out. The first problem was I never had a ms voice recognition engine. Got that fixed . Tried commands in F4af but different things happened so it does recognize me I just got to get the keyboard looked into. I have a logitech navigator itouch keyboard. Thanks for your quick response. I will look into keyboard, if you have any advice on this I will take it gladly. VAC will work fine just got to tweak it.Cheers.

Hi Rattler,

Sounds like you are up and running. While you start out using VAC I'd recommend turning the PTA and/or PTD keys off. Also, make sure you run through at least one voice training session, you'll be happy you did. To get VAC more accurate results with VAC you can follow the three short steps at http://www.dwvac.com/vactips.htm.

Enjoy,

I have checked the key commands and they are the same so I do not know why f4af will not work correctly. I tried the voice training but nothing shows up but my mic is active. I got to be doing something wrong cause I know your software works. Just got to figure it out.

I have made a profile f4af and added the first 4 wingman commands. At times they match and when I test again they do not mach. This is a simple w1 w2 w3 w4 and also tries typing the numbers no difference. I am not stupid but this has me drove nuts. I should be able to click on one of those simple commands and have it match.
what am I missing.

Tried everything I can think of but it still says that the engine is not present. I download sdk5.1 and I get the mic but I still have problem making f4af follow the proper commands. I even downloaded mssr51.exe which should be the engine but my computer does not recognize it. I'm at a loss. Don't know what to try next. :?:

Hi Rattler,

The full download version of VAC has everything needed to install VAC and the MS Speech Engine. The Microsoft SDK and mssr51.exe contain the same install modules used in the VAC full install.

I sent you an email on how to proceed to the next step.
