Cannot Purchase VAC

Hi -
I tried to buy VAC yesterday via my VISA. I clicked on the Credit Card icon (not the Pay Pal icon) and then was transferred to the payment page. I filled out all the information, but when it came to filling out the address and also selecting country from the drop-down list, I got a problem.

I get a message back saying that the address/card is not valid, or that the card cannot be used to pay for items in the manner in which I am attempting (can't use PayPal ?).

I have purchased items over Internett before, but never via Pay Pal before.

Please help ????

It may be better to check with PayPal. I'm sure you would be able to find a solution with them.

Does this mean that even when I click on the credit card icon instead of the PayPal icon, I'm still using PayPal to pay ?

Why are there 2 icons, then ?

Is there a way to pay without getting involved with PayPal ?
