Working on a new version - QMT V2: 1946

I'm currently working on version 2 of QMT and this version will only work in IL2 Sturmovik: 1946.

If there are any willing beta testers that would like to do some testing, send me an email.

I noticed that the date on this message is Jan 2005 but I don't
believe it ~:)
