I used the evaluation version of VAC a while back and it was great. I just installed it again and purchased it this time but I keep getting the message "SAPI failed to initiate". I'm using DD's profile but with the non-comm commands removed.

Any ideas?

Hi,

If you unistalled the full version then the SAPI was uninstalled also. You can reinstall the newest full version, then any updates just install the core files without uninstalling.

Or just uninstall all the VAC versions in the Add/Remove Control Panel and re-install the newest full VAC version. I'm working on a new install to fix the problem you are seeing.
